Solution design
We’ll help you identify where you’re at, where you want to get to and the gap between the two. Required for all implementation projects.
What it is
A written specification for your revenue system, produced before anyone touches a portal. Object model, lifecycle, pipelines, process map and the reports that depend on all of it.
It is a document rather than a deck, detailed enough to hand to any competent builder.
Problems it solves
Builds that stall in week nine because nobody agreed in week one what a qualified lead was. Reports that three teams read three different ways.
The disagreement is cheaper to have now, on paper, than later, in a change request.
Our process
Two workshops with the people who actually work the system. Then the model written down and circulated as a draft, argued with, and revised.
It closes with a walkthrough, a decision log and a build estimate that holds because the scope has stopped moving.
Who it is for
Teams about to spend real money on an implementation, and teams who have already spent it once and would rather not repeat the experience.
It works best when sales, marketing and finance can all put someone in the room.
What you get
Assessment calls
We’ll conduct assessment calls to determine what’s not working, where you want to go and what success looks like.
RevOps flowchart
We’ll map out every customer interaction and revenue impact stage for your business.
Solution Design document
A single document outlining where you’re at, where you want to go and exactly how you’ll get there.
